Working closely with occupiers, developers, and internal delivery teams, Ghazanfar supports the structuring of BTS projects from early engagement through commercial agreement, ensuring alignment between customer needs, asset design, and long-term operational efficiency. His focus is on building sustainable commercial partnerships that support scalable operations and long-term value creation across LogiPoint’s logistics parks and bonded zones.
